Eastern European Managing Company “ROYAL INVEST” was established in 2008 as a part of Investment and Development Company “ROS-MONOLIT” holding.
The establishment of a management company was a logical step for expanding the business of “IDC ROS-MONOLIT”, LLC holding. It allowed the company to expand the range of its financial services and attract clients interested in professional management of major investment projects, financial assets, property and land portfolios.

Experienced experts of Eastern European Managing Company “ROYAL INVEST” provide a wide range of services in the investment market for residential and non-residential real estate starting from selecting a cost-effective project, obtaining all required permits, monitoring the quality of construction work and finally selling the completed real estate property to end users and its transfer for operation and management.

The Company currently manages real estate property with the total area of 1.25 million sq.m. and the cost exceeding 2.5 billion Euro. The MC “ROYAL-INVEST” real estate property is located in Moscow, the Moscow region and the Southern Federal District.
